  • 15-minute discovery call is a free, no-obligation opportunity to connect and discuss your health goals.

    During the call, I’ll ask a few questions to understand your main concerns and what you’re hoping to achieve.

    This is a chance for us to connect and learn about each other, you can learn about my approach, the services I offer, and how we can work together to support your wellness journey.

  • In 90 minutes we talk about your health and wellbeing, this is the data collection phase where we explore your health history, lifestyle, diet, and any current concerns in detail.

    After this, I go away, research and create a tailored plan for you that best supports your wellness goals and vitality. This typically includes nutritional guidance, herbal medicine, lifestyle recommendations, and other natural therapies to support you.

    Price: $200 OR $250, including a 20 - minute health plan presentation

  • A 20-minute health plan presentation is an opportunity for us to go through your peronalised health plan together, discuss each aspect of the health plan, voice any concerns and ensure you feel confident embarking on your wellness journey. Its important to make sure the lifestyle changes are achievable for you and align with your goals and lifestyle.

    The health plan is optional, but incredibly valuable at the beginning of your wellness journey.

    Price: $65, Optional: Included in the $250 initial consultation price

  • A 30–45 minute follow-up consultation is a chance to check in on your progress and make any adjustments to your plan. These will typically take place every 2-5 weeks. We’ll talk through what’s working well, what didn’t and any challenges you’ve faced. This is a time to refine your recommendations, adjust the plan, and and adjust your recommendations to keep you moving toward your health goals as well as support, encourage you and help you stay on track to achieving your best health yet.

    Price: 30 minutes $85 or 40 minutes $95
