A 20-minute immunity consult, suitable for both adults and children, where acute immune support is required.

We focus on personalised insights and recommendations to enhance your immune health to support you though winter blues, workplace colds or school bugs.

A 30–45 minute follow-up consultation is a chance to check in on your progress and make any adjustments to your plan. These will typically take place every 2-5 weeks. We’ll talk through what’s working well, what didn’t and any challenges you’ve faced. This is a time to refine your recommendations, adjust the plan, and and adjust your recommendations to keep you moving toward your health goals as well as support, encourage you and help you stay on track to achieving your best health yet.
